yeah. it's all chemicals and bodily communication. samezuka had physical therapists on staff, and we had P.E. classes that covered it.

nitori used to help me when i got really tight.

...How did he do that? Sometimes, when I'm working on an assignment, I find myself getting tight as well. It's very distracting! If there's a way to help that, then I'd like to hear it, please!

stretching and even movements. a steady firm pressure against the area works, too. breathing through it is pretty key. anything more invasive than that is more subjective. nitori doesn't look it, but he goes in deep.
